Guns n Stuff Returns Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your Home Delivery order is carefully despatched to you and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you wish to return your item(s), you should follow the procedure below. Please note: item(s) must be in their original condition, and returned within 28 days of receiving them. Return postage is strictly at the expense of the returning customer. Returns due to incorrect sizing can only be resent once the returned goods have been recieved at our premises in good order. Please note that a second postage will encur an extra charge.

Return by Post

You can return any items to us, through your local Post Office, within 28 days of receipt.

What to do:-

• Complete and detach the returns note (at the bottom of your despatch document) and enclose it, together with your returned item(s), inside the original packaging and in perfect condition.
• Goods cannot be returned without this information

Returns via Post Office;

• Tear off the returns label from your delivery note and attach it securely on the outside of the parcel over your address
• Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt. You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

We cannot process any exchange requests by post until the original item has been recieved in good order.
